    WOW , what a great idea to increase customer engagement and OnStar linkage to your store by including the interactions report on your website. I’ll share this with OnStar senior management in Detroit.

    OnStar is a GREAT added value offered in most new Chevrolet’s and all new HUMMER vehicles. But what’s really amazing to most consumers is that they always think ‘its for the other guy’. We’ve all heard the OnStar radio commercials replaying the interactions between an OnStar operator and a stranded motorist, or someone who’s locked their keys in their car, or is having a medical emergency. They are all real-world situations that have happened where OnStar has been there to help.

    But it’s always the person out in the mid-west or in a different state, right? WRONG! Every month we see the ACTUAL statistics from our Customer’s OnStar equipped vehicles - and THAT PERSON that OnStar is helping is right here in our market! In fact, in just the month of March 2007, OnStar interacted with KARL customers 1,141 times! WOW!

    So the next time you think “its only for the other guy”, THINK AGAIN! Make sure your next vehicle has OnStar!
